Together we are changing the landscape of Medical Aesthetics in Scotland

Formed in December 2023

As registered medical professionals working in the aesthetics industry, we came together to fight for public safety. Until now, no action has been taken to curtail the exponential growth of members of the public carrying out invasive aesthetic treatments.

Almost all other developed European countries, as well as North and South America, have strict laws to ensure that only safe, appropriately trained healthcare professionals perform these treatments.

Our group, comprising over 300 registered healthcare professionals, including Plastic Surgeons, Pharmacists, Dentists, Doctors, and Nurses, is a testament to the diverse and extensive expertise in the field of Medical Aesthetics. We proudly represent 65% of registered HIS clinics in Scotland.

The Scottish Medical Aesthetics Safety Group is part of The UK MEDICAL AESTHETICS SAFETY GROUP, an OFFICIAL 'not for profit' membership organisation.
